DNV GL Energy's Sustainable Energy Use PDI group is seeking an Outreach Account Manager to join NV Energy Commercial Energy Services team, this position is designated to support the energy efficiency and demand response services. This position is based out of our Las Vegas, NV office.

Tasks May Include

* Conduct customer education

* Develop and conduct program training for contractor network

* Develop effective outreach plan and activities

* Develop and coordinate outreach events

* Track and monitor customer and contractor program participation

* Completes weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports

* Develop reports, processes, graphs, dashboards and maintain lead database to track key outreach performance metrics

* Actively contribute to the integrated outreach/marketing research

* Can act as Team Lead for small projects (such as Direct install)

* Manages Trade Allies, generates qualified leads, identifies decision makers

* Proactively delivers on project management performance


Position Qualifications


* Bachelor's Degree required Business or Engineering degree is preferred

* Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience

* Intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Excellent communication (both verbal and written), customer service /phone, organization and grammar skills are essential

* Willingness and ability to travel, up to 25% of the time (out of state traveling)

* We conduct pre-employment drug and background screening


* Develop effective outreach plan and activities

* Understands market segmentation and contributes to market segment analysis

* Solid understanding of the business drivers for multiple customer market segments

* Solid understanding of the business models used by Trade Allies and Contractors

* Possesses a solid understanding of the technology segments and deep understanding of the product line

* An understanding of key application specific analytical tools including but not limited to data filtering, sorting and pivot tables.

* Energy Efficiency related experience preferred
