Description: The Outreach Systems Manager facilitates and monitors physician-to-physician and physician-to-hospital outreach application relations. Key job objective is to be responsible for understanding and assisting physician within the medical staff and community. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for business development and to support the development and execution of outreach applications to enhance physician practice patient care. This will include the communication and facilitation of resolutions of general concerns raised by physician practices as they relate to outreach applications operations and development. Management duties will include the implementation of marketing strategies and tactics to support recruitment and retention of physician practices using outreach applications. This incumbent reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor s degree strongly preferred. At least five years of experience working in a healthcare marketing or physician relations setting or at least seven years of experience working directly with physicians in a related position. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and mature judgment. Strong negotiating and problem-solving abilities. Excellent understanding of the medical field and medical terminology; the ability to perform needs assessment and problem solve. Project management skills. Requires self-motivation and independent learning. Demonstrated ability to conduct sales/informational presentations to physicians and hospital leadership. Must demonstrate initiative, be able to work independently, be detail-oriented, prioritize activities, and provide results in a timely manner. Must have flexible hours, ability to attend early morning and evening appointments. FT Exempt 1st shift
