JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Seeking candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to give formal and informal presentations to the public.Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with a cross-organizational team consisting of association and Federal clients required.Represent association at national and regional events and conferences.Staff promotional booths.Give presentations to audiences consisting of students (undergraduate and graduate) and educators.Draft annual outreach and promotion plan.Analyze costs of planned outreach activities within overall program budget.Regular meetings with Federal client to coordinate outreach and promotion activities.Gather customer requirements for promotional materials, and work with association production staff to produce materials to client?s satisfaction.Manage production of promotional materials by leading communications printing sub-contractor.Negotiate prices with sub-contractor as needed.Collaborate with association IT staff to design and implement applicant- and educator-focused websites, and develop and maintain contentBuild and maintain professional network of institutions and organizations.Organize and conduct webinars for prospective applicants, educators, and other interested parties.Lead social media campaign, using Facebook, Twitter, and other tools.Supervise program staff in activities relating to outreach and promotion.Analyze and report on the effectiveness
8 years experience required, (up to 4 years of which could be undergraduate
experience) working on similar programmatic areas.
