Outreach to the South Asian Community with Progressive Congressional Campaign

Democratic Congressional Campaign in Northwest suburbs of Chicago isseeking organizers to help outreach effort to South Asian communities.Responsibilities include phonebanking and some canvassing, vote by mail and voter registration drives, and the management of vote by mailapplicant data.Hours are noon to 9PM Monday to Friday, Saturdays and Sundays noon to 9PM (weekends will be primarily at cultural events), until election on March 20th. Knowledge of one or more South Asian languages (e.g. Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati) as well as prior campaign experience is a plus, but by no means required. Previous campaign experience is preferred, but not required. Applicants should be outgoing, articulate, and able to multi task.
