Job Description: Sales Representative
Preferred candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of post-college professional experience. 1-3 years of sales or building products experience preferred. Candidate must live around Livermore Dublin, Morgan Hill, Gilroy, San Jose area. Excellent compensation and benefits package will be offered to the right candidate.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Presents and sells Decore-ative Specialties products to custom cabinet makers and related manufacturers in the wood working industry. Responsible for managing and growing an established customer base while generating new sales from inactive accounts and new leads.
Develop and maintain close relationships with new and existing accounts by:
* Meeting regularly with accounts to present new products
* Following up with customers and leads to generate new opportunities
* Advise customers on product offerings and industry trends
* Resolve customer issues with manufacturing, if they occur
* Train customers on ordering processes
* Coordinate with other Decore-ative departments to ensure customer needs are met
SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
4-year college degreeAbility to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of supervision.Ability to travel and work long hours to achieve goals, as required.Excellent driving record.
