PA Inspector III

Western Zirconium Plant, part of the Nuclear Fuel Business Unit of Westinghouse, in Ogden, Utah has an opening for an experienced Product Assurance Inspector. We produce and fabricate zirconium metal products for national and international markets.

In this position, a PA Inspector III will set up, operate and initiate repairs on most equipment used in Inspection department. Evaluate inspection results and make disposition of inspected material.
A successful candidate would be familiar with and/or have experience with the following:

* High school graduate or GED
* Plus two (2) years college or technical school or equivalent
* Must be certified ASNT Level II in two (2) of the following: dye penetrant, ultrasonic inspection, radiography, dimensional inspection, and calibration
* Basic computer skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
* Minimum one (1) year NDT experience
* Three (3) years dimensional inspection experience
* Appropriate technical training may compensate for experience
