PATIENT SERVICES REP / 24 HOURS / DAYS / PULMONARY - SOUTH WEYMOUTH
Harbor Medical Associates is seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) for patient check in, check out and phone reception duties in the Pulmonary Department at our South Weymouth location. The PSR will verify insurance eligibility, collect copayments, schedules follow up appointments, secure prior authorizations and appointments for specialty care and testing, and balance out day sheet. Additionally, this individual will answer phones and assist patients or route calls to appropriate departments.
Must work well as part of a team. Must have medical office experience, ability to multitask, computer skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail-oriented and have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
