POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Customer Service Sales position actively insures world class customer service and communication for customers serviced from the Store Delivery network via flawless execution of both inbound and outbound contact management, and order fulfillment. As part of the Customer Management Team, the role is essential in communicating the customer need to internal peers, as needed to address and resolve any customer issues.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Primary responsibility is to efficiently manage all inbound calls via a toll free number to insure real-time customer contact and high service levels
? Complete all scheduled outbound calls to obtain daily orders
? Provide timely communication to customers with product availability issues as needed
? Process daily orders to meet warehouse deadline and insure perfect order? criteria with data entry accuracy
? Serve as first point of contact with handling standard inquiries, new accounts, and service issues
? Up-sell new products and promotions
? Maintain data integrity with CMC Customer Relationship Management MarketWare application to ensure updated & accurate account information at all times
? Process in-house Point-of-Sale (POS) requests for customers
? Provide administrative support as needed with direct mail projects and call campaigns

JOB ESSESNTIALS/ ATTRIBUTES:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & EDUCATION LEVEL:
? Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
? Must possess experience with managing customer service calls for both inbound and outbound calls, in a high-paced call center environment
? Excellent verbal & written communication
? Provide prompt and professional communication to external and internal customers
? Knowledge with and experience using MS Office: Word and Excel
? Accurate typing and 10-key by touch
