Job Description
NCI: As the PC Maintenance Technician at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), you will have the opportunity to support the Army customer by resolving any Information Technology issues as they arise.
Highlights of Responsibilities:
* Under direct supervision, serves as Tier I help desk support, performs general maintenance tasks,troubleshoots and repairs computer systems peripheral equipment operating systems and applications located throughout the organization.
* Processes user accounts and provides other administrative help desk support functions.
* Maintains an adequate spare parts inventory of systems, subsystems, and component parts used in repair work.
* Prepares progress reports for all work performed.
* Receives work direction from supervisor on work priorities and
* daily assignments.
* Frequently reports to a PC Support Manager and takes tasks from an industry standard computer support management application such as Remedy.
Requirements:
* 4 years experience preparing computers for deployment in an enterprise organization.
* Able to pass a background investigation.
* Must have A+ Certification.
* Must be a US Citizen
