This is a 6 month contract to hire position supporting the internal customers of our client. br   br **All candidates must include an up to date resume to be considered for this position** br   br Temp to Hire br 1. Willing to learn/ good at following direction br   br Candidates need to have helpdesk/desktop and field experience. They must be familiar with computer repairs and computer installs. The customer has requested that they have good knowledge of Windows. No special clearances needed. br High School Diploma with 3 to 5 years’ experience. br Main Responsibilities: br •Provides basic troubleshooting assistance and ticket resolution for personal computer users. br •Supports computer users with installation of basic hardware/software and networking components to meet personal computer needs. br •Diagnoses and troubleshoots basic problems with individual or multiple computer systems in order to maintain proper functioning; resolves issues including contacting and assisting vendors. br •Recommends hardware solutions regarding personal computers in assigned areas. br •Assists with computer studies, projects, and implementation of policies throughout area of assignment. br •Conducts diagnostic reviews and produces error reports as requested by customers in order to identify and correct any problems. br •Experience working with personal computer hardware, software, systems, local area networks and terminology. br •Good organizational and problem solving skills. br •Ability to operate computer peripherals including monitors, printers and scanners. br   br If you feel like you are a great fit for the Support Technician job in Tucson, AZ then please apply today! br   br /span br /span
