Primary Purpose:


Support and drive the development process encompassing sample management, design aesthetic, quality, margin requirement, and time line.



The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Product Development to
Create, manage, and communicate all development activities through ecVision sample module, development log, and material/hardware matrixes.
Ensure all corporate deadlines adhere to the Product Development Timeline (PDT)
Act as knowledge sharing hub/conduit for information. Own Communication on development with cross-functional and overseas teams.
Manage design card handoff meetings and ensures details are consistent across silhouettes and Retail/Outlet.
Coordinates the sending of development packages to overseas partners.
Partner with cross-functional teams to procure sampling materials for all development milestones.
Own proto sample approval process, related systems, and design review meeting schedule.
Support material approvals and resolution of do not purchase/TBDs to meet Matrix validation.
Own creation, maintenance, locking and validating of Material and Hardware Matrix.
Own creation, maintenance, and reporting of product sample request.
Manage and track Wear Test and fit for purpose sample requests.
Supports the initiation and management of PBVR & product revision notice.
Manage product functionality details in Tools of the Trade.
Support and manage all costing activities in ecVision costing module.
Implement and coordinate projects and initiatives aimed at improving margins.
Ensure yields are confirmed to support costing process and RMRP

An outstanding professional will have
BS Degree
1-3 years experience in a product development Bags or Accessories preferred
Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Illustrator
