Job Description:This year Pamp;G is offering20-30 summer internship opportunitiesfor students pursuing Ph.D.s in most Engineering (all disciplines), Chemistry (all disciplines), Life Sciences (all disciplines), Mathematical Science, Material Science, Veterinary Science, and Nutrition.As a PhD Intern at Pamp;G, you will be working on projects that will expand your capabilities (that can be completed within 10-12 weeks) and will be meaningfully related to your classroom and research education. The training and mentoring we provide will represent an unparalleled opportunity for professional andpersonal growth and the opportunity to explore a career in industry.At Pamp;G, Intern sessions are considered temporary employment, with a predicted ending point. No full-time employment commitments are made; however, depending on satisfactory completion of certain criteria, candidates may be considered for full-time positions uponobtaining their PhD.The preferred period for the 10 to 12 week internship is June to September. The internship is a paid, full-time, 40 hour per week position. Hourly rates are based on the student''s academic year completed.To learn more about this career path, click here.Qualifications:Candidates should be graduating seniors applying for graduate study, or graduate students already enrolled in a graduate program of study. U.S. citizens or permanent residents are given priority. We are especially interested in considering underrepresented minorities (African American, Native American, Hispanic/Latino) in our summer programs.**Allapplicants MUST**- Attend graduate school in a US State or territory and be eligible to work in the United States. Other qualified candidates, including foreign nationals that require US work authorization, will also be considered for participation.-Be in a doctoral program prior to internship start date.-Provide aletter of recommendation/ Supportfrom theirgraduate advisors.- include their resume and a brief summary of their research in the resume text field (maximum characters 64,000).Procter amp; Gamble is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
