PHYSICIAN PRACTICE MANAGER

We are currently seeking a Physician Practice Manager who, as a member of the Management Team, is responsible for the administrative, clinical and operational function of over 3 or more physicians practices performing. The purpose of this position is to ensure that quality health care is provided in a manner that is cost efficient and meets all regulatory agency requirements. To be considered, candidates will be required to have a Bachelors Degree in Health-related field or Business field (Masters preferred) and 3-5 years experience managing a medically-related organization or business unit. Experience needed: Management of multiple practices and site locations, prior management of 20+ employees. Strong AR, billing and collections. Electronic Medical Record, budget monitoring and prep, provider enrollment, new practice ramp up, and project management experience. Demonstrated ability to attain superior operating results. Additional Qualifications: - Medical Group Management FACHE or similar; Certified Project Manager or willing to take certification course. - Min requirements are a proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point; Visio and Access a plus - Experience working within a employed provider specialty group with required knowledge of budget projections, personnel practices, accountingbookkeeping. - Knowledgeable in Joint Commission regulations. - Experience with resource management activities a plus
