JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Position Overview
Online Section Leaders are untenured, non-tenure-track members of the faculty with limited term appointments who work closely with the faculty member who serves as the instructor of record for the online course.
Instructional areas include: Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Management, Marketing, Business Law, Ethics, International Business, Strategic Management, and Leadership.
100%- Responsible for: 1) monitoring and facilitating on-line discussions, 2) answering student s emails and questions, 3) evaluating and grading papers and tests, and 4) provide support to instructor of record. Online section leaders work directly with and for the faculty member who is the instructor of record. Consequently they are not responsible for the determination of the structure of the course, nor setting course coverage, nor the preparation of course material.
* Successful completion of graduate business or management coursework in the relevant teaching discipline or minimum two years professional experience in the relevant field.
* A Master s degree in relevant teaching discipline.
* Demonstrated excellence of professional experience in the relevant field.
