Our client is a Financial Management Consulting firm who is currently engaged by a large Broker-Dealer & Insurance Company to help rework its operations for compliance with new DoL regulation (i.e. the Fiduciary Rule), along with other business & technology issues. They are looking for an individual with Broker-Dealer operations & technology experience (preferably with an independent, bank affiliated, insurance-affiliated, or other broker dealer) to help with a number of project-specific tasks, including:Detailing new workflows & use cases for operational proceduresRewriting compliance manuals to include new policies, procedures, etc.Analysis of existing compliance systems for gaps with new needs under increased regulationsAnalysis of other existing technology solutions (e.g. advisory and brokerage platforms, CRM, etc.) for potential enhancement or replacementDetailing of business requirements and use cases/ scenarios to guide selection of new vendors, if necessaryVendor RFP analysisVendor implementation oversightTechnology architecture, data mapping, & integration analysisA number of other related activities (e.g. commissions and revenue share analysis) SEND RESUME AS AN MS WORD ATTACHMENT TO
