PSMAG Programmer Analyst Position Description Candidate will be supporting multiple clients for the Managed Advantage program and interacting daily with other managers/members on the team responsible for supporting our clients and delivering application and operations support. Candidate will perform technical troubleshooting and application/defect support in relation to the Advantage suite software with growth expected as more clients become part of the Managed Advantage offering. Managed Advantage is an SLA-bound delivery model and candidate is expected to perform at \\"meets\\" or \\"exceeds\\" levels within that context for all deliverables. Candidate will have the exciting and challenging opportunity to work across multiple state and local clients who use CGI's ERP suite housed either in CGI's or the client's data center. Members work in a family-oriented group where mutual respect and commitment to high-quality, customer service are critical.Candidate should be an experienced programmer analyst member familiar with Advantage software development and maintenance experience. Candidate will be a programmer analyst within the MA Applications Management team to provide custom software maintenance across Managed Advantage clients. Key objectives for this role would be but are not limited to:? Work directly with the client as needed for technical analysis and troubleshooting of urgent production issues reported by clients.? Being available to monitor payroll along with the client to support functional analysis for failed processes as needed? Develop SQL for data fixes & establish immediate workarounds for all software issues as dictated by SLAs? Prioritize and collaborate with PSMAG teams in the US and India for technical issue analysis and defect resolution? Provide technical application support as required for issue and defect management for associated PSMAG clients? Interact daily with other members/managers on the team also responsible for supporting our clients and delivering application and operations support. ? Perform at \\"meets\\" or \\"exceeds\\" levels for all assignments due to an SLA-bound delivery model.? Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism with client stakeholders, internal CGI stakeholders, and local/global delivery teams to establish solid working relationships with these groups. ? Exhibit confidence/maturity in interactions with clients and senior members of these organizations. ? Display the ability to organize and prioritize the assigned workload and be able to work independently on assignments from initial concept through delivery.ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED (What skills/experiences must this person have to even be considered?) Demonstrated abilities in JAVA debugging to ensure rapid solution turnaround for urgent client issues. Able to effectively juggle multiple initiatives and clients. Exhibit good tracking and prioritization skills. Technical and analytical skills necessary to fully evaluate the scope of assignments beyond the immediate \\"ask\\". Excellent listening, verbal, and particularly written communication skills in person and on the telephone. Focused attention to detail necessary to produce quality deliverables and maintenance support. High degree of proactive responsiveness and ability to work collaboratively with other team members in supporting multiple clients. Have a team-oriented focus, knowledge sharing, professional in all situations (including high stress). Demonstrated abilities in software analysis and troubleshooting to ensure rapid turnaround for urgent client issues Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels Ability to work in non-conventional environment with virtual team spanning time zones across the country and in India. Ability to maintain a high level of availability and connectivity to management and other team members to keep abreast of and respond to customer or supported project team requirements.
