PTC University Strategy Lead

This is an exciting lead role within PTC University, which will be key to define our education services strategy in the world of smart connected products. PTC University is responsible to ensure rapid and successful adoption of PTC s solutions at our customers, partners, individuals and academic institutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute a Go-To Market strategy for PTC University portfolio. As the Strategy Lead, you will be known as a thought leader in the area of Learning and Adoption, with the ability to identify and implement cutting-edge training offerings aimed at maximizing customer success. Success in this position will require passion and deep understanding of the education industry, changing learning behaviors and new training techniques and programs.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Define the strategy and the next generation portfolio to transform the PTC University business
* Establish differentiated market position for all Lines of Business within PTC University: Enterprise Learning and Adoption Programs, Strategic Desktop Services, and Transactional business (In Centre, Onsite and Channel)
* Understand market trends and factor them into the evolving PTC solution portfolio strategy
* Work with the Professional Services team and the larger ecosystem to ensure Learning and Adoption needs are integrated in the overall PTC solutions portfolio
* Working with Product Management to understand the capabilities of new software releases and influence/define the education components required to be in the PTC solutions
* Developing and coordinating the communication plan for curriculum and/or strategy updates
* Capturing the business value of the portfolio in presentations and customer facing materials
* Program manage the adoption of new offerings by field professionals
* Develop learning plan(s) and Courses centered around new generation learning methods
* Be a recognized expert/thought leader in all aspects of PTC University value proposition and course offerings
* Work with leadership to develop PTC University programs and Go-To-Market strategy.

Experience:
* Bachelor s degree and at least 7 years of progressive professional experience.
* Profound understanding of the education industry (audiences, offerings, formats, delivery platforms)
* Proven track record of developing and executing education strategies/portfolio
* Business Management experience
