JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY My client company has an immediate opening and is looking for a first shift superivisor to lead twelve to fourteem team members at a private label meat packaging company. The company produces beef, chicken and pork patties and sausages. Therefore five years of grinding experience is required. The job is locted between Houston and San Antonio near Victoria Texas.
Grinding experience is a must, USDA experience is a must, college degree is perferred but not required. Knowledge of GMP's, HACCP, and SSOP"s is also a requirement. Must be good with people and able to plan daily activities. Relo is provided.
