We are currently searching for a residential Treatment
Center Administrator to join our well established team.
This person will be responsible for the efficient and
effective management of operations to support delivery
of quality behavioral health care and services to
children and adolescents in residential care. This
position ensures facility compliance with all regulatory
and licensing requirements, effectively manages the
delivery of care, the facility s financial needs and
staff management of the RTC. Requirements:
This position requires a Masters degree. Alaska State
License (LPC,
LPA, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist) highly preferred. A
minimum of 5
years post-degree experience and at least 2 years
supervisory in a
clinical setting is required. Advanced knowledge of
psychiatric
residential care concepts and methodologies; skill in
their
implementation and experience in fiscal management.
