THE OPPORTUNITY

We re seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable Associate who can perform a variety of clerical duties to establish and maintain good vendor relationships for all vendors of Vallen by following our established Standard Operation Procedures. Your responsibilities will include many tasks related to invoicing, payments, statements, credits and reconciling vendor statements. Maintaining accurate records is an essential part of your responsibilities, as well as reviewing and resolving vendor accounts when required. You ll also be retrieving mail and imaging and scanning documents.

QUALIFICATIONS & BENEFITS

* Bachelor s degree in Accounting required

* Strong PC Skills particularly with MS Excel (i.e. able to perform vLookups, Pivot Tables)

* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong analytical skills highly desired.
