We're looking for a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Administrator for a 4-5 month temporary assignment with one of our Columbus, Ohio clients. This position will require up to 15 hours of work per week, and Accounts Receivable experience is a must; namely collections, billing and payment posting. br   br The Part-Time Accounts Receivable Administrator job responsibilities include: br - Reading and interpreting tenant ledgers br - Reviewing late fees & posting all late charges br - Generating notices br - Manually processing and mailing notices for late payment br - Defining a calendar day for cash receipts br - Post Cash Receipts br - Evaluate Credit Balances br - Administrative support as needed br   br Qualifications for the The Part-Time Accounts Receivable Administrator job include: br - Highschool diploma or GED br - 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience br - Proficiency using MS Office programs br - Real Estate industry experience desired but not required br - Ability to remain organized and follow schedules br   br This position would be perfect for someone who is looking to utilize their Accounts Receivable background, but needs a bit of flexibility in their schedule.
