Job Description


This position is located at the LMI Southwest Regional Office, San Antonio, TX in support of the General Services Administration Public Building Service (GSA PBS) Rent Bill Management (RBM) team. The position is an average of approximately 20 hours per week and work schedule flexibility is required. All work is to be performed in San Antonio and operational hours are from 6am to 7pm. Availability to work until 7pm at least three days per month is required.


Audit, analyze and process a high volume of rent bill audit submissions with a high level of accuracy Technical reading, problem solving and data analysis

Use procedures/checklists and produce high quality work products under strict time constraints

Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Promptly respond to inquiries from associates and vendors Perform as a highly functional member of a project team

Maintain an orderly and accurate filing system

Extremely organized with superior analytical and problem solving skills

Intermediate skill level in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel

Minimum Educational Requirements:

Associates degree from an accredited university or 2-3 years experience in accounting, auditing, billing, and/or similar positions is required.

Applicants to this position will be subject to government Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) requirements that establish a common identification standard for Federal employees and contractors. HSPD-12 requires all Federal Executive departments and agencies to conduct personnel investigations, adjudicate the results, and issue identity credentials to all Federal employees and contractors who require routine access to their building facilities and information technology (IT) systems. For this position, LMI will only consider U.S. Citizens.
