This contract position is providing support for 3 days per week in an office of about 70 individuals. The office itself is located in a beautiful building with plenty of transportation, restaurants and entertainment nearby. li Support for entire office /li li Conference room set up/clean up /li li Schedule volunteers for events /li li Compose correspondence /li li Coordinate staff meetings, conferences, outings /li li Maintain and file documents /li li Stock and maintain office inventory and supplies /li /ul
