JOB DESCRIPTIONAdecco is currently assisting a local company in their search for a part time receptionist in the Cincinnati area! As a receptionist, you would be responsible for general customer service and administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Greeting customers
2. Taking payments
3. Answering phones
4. Basic data entry, administrative, and email duties
5. Perform other duties as assigned or required
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Good time management and organizational skills
2. Good personal computer skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
3. Ability to attend switchboard training
4. Self-starter, ability to work with minimal directions
5. Good interpersonal skills, and written/verbal communication skills
6. Ability to meet deadlines
7. Available to work the following schedule:
o Tues 5pm-9:15pm
o Thurs 5pm-9:15pm
o Fri 5pm-9:15pm
o Sat 8:30am-2pm
o Sun 12noon-5:30pm
