span Part-time Human Resources Analyst in Hopkins, MN br   br A very well-known client of ours is looking for an HR Analyst to join their team for a short-term project.  They are realigning over 400 employees and need assistance in tracking movement and ensuring people are being matched up with the appropriate position.  This assignment is expected to go into May 2017 and there will be no chance for hire at the end.  In this position you can expect to work 20 hours per week paying up to $38 per hour. br   br Main duties in this role will be: br ul
li Work collaboratively in a team setting as a part of the North America implementation for HR Transformation /li li Understand the objectives of the transformation from the perspective or HR solutions and establish and maintain an effective method of tracking movement in the organization /li li Create reports that summarize data in a way that provides meaningful metrics to HR leadership /li li Perform regular audits from the data and make adjustments as necessary related to inaccurate or missing information /li li Drive data tracking and reporting best practices and manage through complexity and ambiguity, making recommendations appropriately /li li Work independently while also taking direction from more than one manager as a part of a project team /li /ul
  br Required qualifications to be considered for this position: br ul
li Bachelor’s degree /li li Experience in a data driven profession and background working with HR /li li Very strong analytical and quantitative skills /li li Ability to effectively organize and manage data /li li Proficient with Microsoft Excel as you will be creating multiple spreadsheets from scratch to track and manage data /li /ul
  br They would like to get somebody into this position as soon as possible.  Ideally, they’d like to have this person in the office 5 days per week at shorter days.  We are screening candidates immediately with a potential start date of early next week. br   br /span
