WHAT WOULD SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE?



Summary:
The Partner Program Strategy Manager has accountability for making our partner program best-in-class and a true differentiator for our partners. This individual is responsible for the success of our Channel Partner Program and its many benefits to our partners through the following lenses: 1) Business Needs: Ensuring execution of business needs & growth initiatives through the Channel Partner Program. This includes educating, evangelizing, empowering, and energizing the Channel Sales Teams to execute IT Channel growth initiatives using our programs and tools.
2) Best Practices: Researching & Implementing Industry Best Practices through self-education (industry publications, forums, webinars, etc.) networking with owners of successful Channel Partner Programs (ex: Datto, EMC, Cisco), Industry Experts (ex: The Channel Company)
3) Partner Feedback: Soliciting, Collecting, Analyzing, and Acting on Partner Feedback.

Summary of Responsibilities
Program Excellence: Vision & Direction of the APC Channel Partner Program

* Assess current marketing offers (Zift, iMarket, DCIP, MDF), and profitability programs (ORP, AIP, Edge, iRewards) for partners

* Create monthly, quarterly, & annual scorecard based on utilization, partner satisfaction, comparison with industry best practices, & where possible, revenue/ROI

* Enhance and improve existing marketing offers and profitability programs for partners based on scorecard via action plans/workstreams with program owners & stakeholders

* Ensure CPP Alignment with Key ITD Channel Growth Initiatives

* Work with Director of Strategic Programs to learn annual Channel Growth Priorities

* Assess whether the CPP is supporting them through a profitability/incentive program, a marketing tactic, or both.

* If not currently supported, create action plan with program owner & stakeholders to implement an aligned CPP strategy for that initiative

* Drive CPP Industry Excellence

* Drive application process with established industry awards/recognition (TCC, etc.)

* Research and find new industry awards/recognition opportunities

Partner Satisfaction

* Act as single point of contact for partner satisfaction feedback & escalation issues

* Provide monthly, quarterly, & annual metrics on partner satisfaction (ex: net promoter score)

Channel Sales Es: Educate, Enable, Evangelize, Empower, Energize!

* Education

* Own CCC New Hire Education (both NHT and Transition Training)

* Work with CCC Training Team on scheduling, logistics, etc.

* Keep CCC Channel Training Content updated

* Prep with the teams presenters (if other than self)

* Develop Consistent Refresh Training Process for Inside Partner Sales Teams (PDMs/PDRs)

* Enablement

* Assist with Partner Program Content Creation where needed

* Work with Channel Enablement (Jayna Wilson) to develop enablement content strategy

* Help implement & drive iSEL utilization in the Channel Sales Org

* Assess Product Launch Awareness in Channel Sales Org

* Evangelize, Empower, Energize!

* Execute quarterly surveys with Channel Sales Org assessing their perceived effectiveness of the CPP, as well as their perceived level of empowerment.

* Provide recommended courses of action based on feedback



Primary Location: !*! DO YOU HAVE THESE KEY EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS?

* Bachelors Degree (Sales, Management, Marketing, or comparable degree)

* 5 Years Experience (Channel Sales and/or Channel Marketing)

* Knowledge of APC Channel Partner Program preferred
