Were looking for an innovative and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Partner Sales team, to help us grow the number of stays in our curated portfolio of distinctive private homes. Our Partner Sales team are critical to the success of onefinestay as they represent and evangelize our brand to brokers, concierge services and an array of corporate partners around the world. Our Account Manager will be an engaging communicator with a consultative selling approach with the entrepreneurial spirit to develop a portfolio that will make them the go-to person in their territory for corporate private home stays. The position is based in New York, but the Account Manager will travel to represent onefinestay in partner meetings and presentations globally. It's an exciting time to join the team as we continue to grow. The partnerships account manager will be key as we generate and nurture new partnerships in new locations. Next up is Miami! Responsibilities: Generating and maintaining a pipeline of sales activity to deliver new and repeat business from your partner network. Engaging and nurturing existing relationships, working closely with the partner marketing manager to deliver a premium service and ensure repeat bookings from your portfolio. Attending and presenting at key trade and partner events in major hubs and regional locations on the East Coast. Supporting wider channel sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue. Collaborating with internal stakeholders including account coordinators and the guest sales team to ensure we convert partner requests into bookings. Liaising with local teams in onefinestay cities to ensure a superior partner experience, including being responsible for issue resolution as needed. Reporting on performance of your dedicated territory and portfolio.
