JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY GENERAL OVERVIEW
The CT Coordinator is responsible for the day to day oversight of the Partners Credentialing Program. This includes heavy coordination and scheduling between external and internal resources on all Epic applications.
Works with the Partners eCare Training Manager to develop a training plan that meets Partners eCare credentialing objectives.
Act as coordinator in the development of the credentialing program for credentialed trainers (CT).
Coordinate activities for the credentialed trainers according to the program design and required curriculum.
Monitor and coordinate communication between Instructional Designers (IDs) and credentialed trainers (CTs)
Assign training tracks and class session to schedule plotters for all sites.
Engage in the analysis of large data sources to identify scheduling gaps.
Coordinate CT assignments and tracking in Healthstream (LMS) during Epic implementations.
Coordinate with site resources on scheduling, monitoring the CT skill progression and areas of development, escalate resource issues to appropriate parties.
Ensures the coordination of all logistical elements for a training event including: communications, schedules, course materials preparation, room and catering arrangements, etc.
Provides tracking and reporting on training participants
Assists with initial launch roll-out of training program at entity(s)
Works independently on discreet projects and tasks as needed, may lead projects within Partners eCare Training
Provides status reports including progress, critical issues, mitigation, and planned activities.
Ensures deliverables are approved by the appropriate resources and are completed in accordance with the plan.
Responds to project change requests in a timely manner, and communicates and reports updates and progress on change requests.

Bachelors degree required
Must have 2-3 years of experience coordinating training logistics
Prior training delivery experience preferred
Experience developing training curriculum and documentation
Full-time position in office environment based in Downtown Boston (LCC)
May require local travel to Partners sites in the greater Boston area. May spend extended time at a given site preceding and following a system go-live.
Other local travel to attend meetings and professional development sessions. May travel to vendor in Verona, WI
