Act-1 Legal Solutions is assisting one of its longstanding clients in expanding its current roster of talent with new partners for its downtown Los Angeles office. The law firm is immediately seeking a patent prosecution attorney.

The primary criteria for consideration is that the attorney has a current book of business of at least $100,000. The firm is less focused on years of experience than it is on the partner's entrepreneurial spirit and ability to contribute to the overall success of this thriving firm.

The firm is looking for individuals with an exceptional understanding of patent prosecution, transactional work, and/or litigation experience. The firm's primary interest is to find a talented person who can become part of a dynamic group.
