QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or certification in a business/healthcare related field preferred.
2. A minimum of three (3) years experience in a medical setting with patients/insurance &/or scheduling processes is highly desired; must have strong medical terminology experience
3. Must possess strong verbal & written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
4. Must be computer literate.
