To provide patient access to services within the medical center by obtaining and recording biographic and insurance/billing information either at the time of service or at the time the patient is scheduled for service. High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent Customer Service and Reception skills required. Previous experience in hospital or medical office setting preferred. Demonstrates ability to deal with a broad range of personalities and situations in a fast-paced, high priority environment. Type 45 wpm. PRN/Casual Varied Shifts High School/GED
