Job Description
Patient Care Tech
Multiple Openings On Various Units
12 Hour Shifts Day and Night
F/T, P/T, PRN (As Needed)
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) performs direct patient care tasks under the direction of the Registered Nurse and performs various tasks as competency documentation designates. Work occasionally requires internal contacts outside the work group to exchange relevant information. Communication with external contacts involves providing or giving factual information.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- CPR Required
- Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant License required
- 1-2 years of experience is preferred
- Ability to pass a medical knowledge assessment
- Completion of an approved medical training program
- Completion of an approved phlebotomy course or phlebotomy experience required
