Our client is looking for a well-spoken Patient Scheduler to join their team in Mesa, AZ. Your responsibilities will include taking calls from patients in order to schedule appointments at one of various clinics around the valley. You will take all patient insurance and demographic information and ensure it is entered accurately in the patient system. If you have at least one year of experience in the medical field, preferably in a customer service setting, this is the perfect job for you. Also, if you are bilingual (spanish), that is a huge plus! Compensation for this position ranges from $12 to $14 per hour, depending on experience. br br Your job responsibilities as a Patient Scheduler will include: br ul
li Take a high volume of calls from patients to schedule an appointment at one of several clinics /li li Retrieve and enter all patient information and insurance details into patient profile /li li Assist patients with general questions relating to appointments and services /li li Assist the authorizations and referrals team with any missing or incorrect patient information /li /ul
br You are the ideal fit for this position if you meet the following requirements: br ul
li 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry /li li Healthcare experience in a customer service setting is highly preferred /li li If you are bilingual (spanish) that is a huge plus! /li li Must have strong data entry and excellent communication skills /li /ul
