JOB SUMMARY:
The Patient Service Assistant provides callers with individualized service and program information, by answering telephone inquires regarding Wishard Health Services, Specialty Clinics and Ambulatory Care, and schedule appointments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year recent healthcare and customer service experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Full-time Days
