Founded in 1996, the hiring company is a government contractor with Department of Veterans Affairs, and is growing very fast! We are in need of 30 quality Patient Services Rep. 520-hour-contract-to-hire position. Work location S. Hardy, Tempe AZ 85284. 40-hour full-time schedule Mon ?Fri. Hourly rate $14 - $16 DOE. You will assist healthcare authorizations approved by VA. You will receive inbound calls from our Veterans to make appointments as well as make outbound calls to make appointments. You will ensure accurate data entry and completion of authorization data from referral/authorization forms, medical documentation, existing data contained in the medical management system. You will also contact providers to obtain missing medical documentation to assure compliance with timelines. You will work in a multi-tasked and fast-paced call center environment. Qualification: o MUST have High School diploma or G.E.D. o A minimum of one (1) year phone/customer service experience in call center environment o Knowledge of medical terminology o MUST be computer savvy and have strong customer services o MUST be able to pass a drug test and pass a 10 year background check
