The Patient Service Representative-Check-Out assists patients after they have been seen by one of the primary care providers by making follow-up appointments and directing patients to the appropriate imaging, laboratory or specialty facilities as per office guidelines.
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE: Must possess a high school diploma or GED. Must have two years of medical office experience. Must be computer literate. Must have good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate well with personnel, visitors, customer, patients and the general public.
