Patient Service Representative

A Patient Service Representative is responsible for greeting patients, processing paperwork for visits, scheduling appointments, providing patient assistance, collecting appropriate co-pays, answering phones, taking messages and/or referring to appropriate party in a timely manner, in addition to being assigned special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent; Customer service skills a must; Prior office experience helpful; Good communication skills; Detail oriented; Telephone experience; Computer savvy; Able to operate general office equipment; Ability to Multitask. Full-time Day shift High school diploma or equivalent is required
