As a Patient Service Representative your professional and caring communication style will be on display while assisting patients with scheduling their medical appointments and helping them research providers. You will make outbound calls while taking inbound calls from patients and providers, while ensuring accurate data entry. This role requires excellent listening skills, organizational skills and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
Medical terminology knowledge with 1+ scheduling experience in either medical front office and/or call center environments preferred, as is excellent problem solving skills. Proficiency in Outlook, the Internet and on-line systems is also preferred, with Managed Care experience a plus.
