We are in need of quality Patient Services Rep. This is a contract-to-hire position; after 520 contract hours in a good stand, you will be eligible to convert into permanent employee. Work location is in S. Hardy, Tempe AZ 85284. Schedule is full time Mon ?Fri with start time between 6am ? 9am like 6-3, 7-4, 8-5, or 9-6. Hourly rate is $14 - $16 DOE.
You will assist healthcare authorizations approved by VA. You will receive inbound calls from our Veterans to make appointments as well as make outbound calls to make appointments. You will ensure accurate data entry and completion of authorization data from referral/authorization forms, medical documentation, existing data contained in the medical management system. You will also contact providers to obtain missing medical documentation to assure compliance with timelines. You will work in a multi-tasked and fast-paced call center environment.
o MUST have High School diploma or G.E.D.
o A minimum of one (1) year phone/customer service experience in call center environment
o Knowledge of medical terminology a BIG plus
o MUST be computer savvy and have strong customer services
o MUST be able to pass a drug test and pass a 10 year background check
