Patient Services Representative
Hours: Any shift between 7am-6pm, M-F (8-5 during training)
Pay: $14-$15.50 DOE

Job Summary: Processes healthcare authorizations approved by VA, places outbound calls and receives calls to schedule Veterans' appointments. Ensure accurate data entry and completion of data on authorization forms, medical documentation, and customer information. Contacts providers to obtain missing medical documentation to assure compliance with timelines. Works in a detailed, multi-tasked and fast-paced production environment.

MUST have HS Diploma or GED
MUST have AT LEAST 1+ years' experience working in an inbound/outbound call center
MUST have medical terminology knowledge
Must be able to pass background, education and employment screening and drug test pending an offer!
