li Biweekly payroll processing including review of payroll tax filings and booking journal entries /li li Perform the monthly FSA reconciliation /li li Administer compliance with multi-state payroll, labor and tax laws /li li Ownership of the monthly liability accruals process /li li Assist with ad-hoc month end close responsibilities and journal entries /li li Set up payroll and tax accounts in additional states as necessary /li /ul
  br   br B Minimum Requirements: /B br ul
li BA/BS in Accounting preferred /li li 2+ years’ minimum of related experience in payroll processing /li li Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment /li li Strong verbal and written communication skills /li li Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups and embedded formulas /li li Experience with ADP /li /ul
