JOB DESCRIPTIONWe have a new opportunity for a payroll coordinator in our MullenLowe Boston office.
While the position sits in Boston, the responsibility of accurate and timely entry of all payroll additions and changes will span across our entire U.S. network.
Our payrolls are run semi-monthly in partnership with a corporate shared services department. Main responsibilities include data entry of new hires and employee changes (promotions, pay rates, transfers), weekly time card entry for overtime and temporary/hourly employees and maintaining various salary budgets and reconciliations.
In addition to general FLSA and payroll expertise, we are looking for top notch customer service skills since this position acts as a liaison between employees, payments & shared services in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Must have 2-3 years minimum experience with multi-State payroll.
A two year degree in accounting or CPP is a plus.
Must be proficient in both PeopleSoft and Excel.
10 key, by touch.
This position sits within MullenLowe?s HR department but will also work closely with our Finance team. There will always be an expectation to go above and beyond the day to day duties of the role if needed and to work well with others.
