The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for payroll and administrative duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Maintain a high level of confidentiality * Respond to high volume of emails and phone calls * Sort daily mail and send directly to the appropriate property * Enter all sales and revenue bonuses and maintain quarterly audit spreadsheet * Respond to high volume of employment verifications, both written and verbal * Save all payroll reports weekly to the shared drive * Organize CDs and maintain payroll CD log and follow up with property if required * Verify weekly 401k wire confirmation for properties * Confirm that each properties 401k contribution equals company match * Security setup grant/terminate access to all required payroll systems and maintain audit spreadsheet * Monitor, update and maintain the billing invoices * Review all stop payments completed to ensure funds have been returned, investigate any funds not returned, and resolve outstanding credits * Responsible for processing and tracking all returned or stopped garnishment payments * Be a positive team player
