Under the general supervision of the Payroll Manager,
performs a variety of process oriented and accounting
related work with an emphasis garnishment processing,
including payments, processing new garnishment,
interrogatories, and terminations.
Essential Job Duties:
Processes garnishment information: including new
garnishments, refund, payments, and inquiries. Prepares
bi-weekly wire transfer requests.
Prepares journal entries for garnishment payments and
refunds. Assists facilities with inquiries.
Works as a liaison between UHS and ADP to resolve any
discrepancies and answer any inquiries.
Files payroll paperwork after it has been processed and
maintains several payroll related spreadsheets.
Provides inter-company related information and reporting
High School graduate with 3 - 5 years experience
required; 5+ years experience preferred, college courses
or Associates' degree preferred.
Microsoft Office proficient. Lawson experience
preferred. Must be able to multi-task, problem solve,
keep information organized, and be able to work well
