A growing company is looking for a Payroll/Human Resource Manager. Will maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Human Resource policies and procedures. Develop, manage and audit all payroll processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely multistate weekly payroll. (Hourly payroll, commission, profit sharing, etc?). Responsible for managing benefits planning and execution for all health and retirement related programs. Will create approved company messages, policies, newsletters, and revisions of the employee handbook every six months. Hire and manage the build out of payroll team. Responsible for all systems that support time and attendance, payroll, benefits and HR including ADP Workforce Now and future HRIS systems. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors. Prepares new hire paperwork and employee separation notices and related documentation.
