JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB DESCRIPTION:
The Kronos Payroll Analyst will apply advanced problem solving skills and independent thinking to strategically identify, research, and develop solutions leveraging the Kronos Time and Attendance system to fit the needs of the employee, the department, and the budgetary requirements. The analyst will be the subject matter expert on all functional aspects of Kronos and responsible for system configuration, upgrades, testing, training, and support of newly implemented functionality. This position will provide project plans to successfully implement and maintain user-friendly processes to ensure consistent and efficient payroll practices and support. The analyst will be responsible for extracting, modifying, and analyzing data to be used for various business purposes.
One year payroll processing
Three years supporting time and attendance application administration and payroll analysis
Three years Kronos time and attendance in a healthcare setting and project planning
