If you or anyone in your network is qualified and interested in pursuing this opportunity, please email a resume to a href='' /a /span for review and consideration. br   br Essential Functions br   br Payroll Process Administration: br   br • Supervise Corporate and Regional hourly and salaried payroll operations to maintain and complete payroll as scheduled. br • Ensure payroll team adheres to scheduled work tasks, policies, and procedures. br • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and company policies and procedures. br • Leverage technology to gain payroll processing efficiency and accuracy. br • Implement processes to build repeatable, accurate, and verifiable payroll practices. br • Prepare and update payroll policies and procedures to improve payroll processing capabilities and accuracy. br • Supervise the collection, protection, confidentiality, and maintenance of payroll information, systems, calculation and data entry. br • Manage payroll compliance to federal, state, and local legal requirements including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime exemptions, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Americans With Disability Act (ADA). br • Drive projects and process review activities that create payroll efficiencies, reduce costs, improve quality of service delivery that are integrated into standard workflows to increase employee and end user satisfaction. br • Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports including gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accruals, tax deductions, and benefit deductions. br • Regularly review, implement, and update payroll systems to reflect current employee base, including wages, benefits, sick and vacation accruals and usage, 401K deductions, etc. to ensure accurate records are maintained. br   br Payroll Reconciliation: br   br • Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages. br • Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, 401K deductions, job titles, transfers, and promotions. br • Determine payroll liabilities by approving the calculation of employee federal and state income and social security taxes, unemployment and worker’s compensation payments. br • Balance payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies. br • Audit W-4’s, payroll balance sheets, YTD earnings to ensure accuracy. br • Manage the W-2 process. br   br Minimum Qualifications br   br • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline, or equivalent experience in Accounting, Payroll or relevant field. br • 5 years of multi-state/site payroll management experience. br • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead change in a payroll function. br • Solid, up to date knowledge of generally accepted accounting and finance practices. br • Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, written communications, and present information in one-on-one and group situations, including customers, clients, and other employees. br • Willing t
