li Maintain all timekeeping profiles, policy accruals, and access, troubleshoot issues with time keeping systems and resolve problems when they occur /li li Accurate and efficient payroll processing for a large number of employees, utilizing ADP Payforce and Enterprise eTIME systems /li li Responsible for new hires, terminations, employee record changes, taxes (Federal, State, Local), processing exception items /li li Effectively cross trains and share duties with Benefits Administrator and HR Manager as needed /li li Assists with quarter and year-end payroll and tax reconciliation, tracking and reporting /li li Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions /li li Prepares special reports, research and analysis /li li Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems /li li Maintains all payroll and related records including accumulation and use of vacation, holidays, sick and leaves of absence /li li Effectively and professionally communicate payroll/benefit-related matters to all staff and management /li li Payroll Customer Service Representative for the Carlisle Human Resource team utilizing an automated Help Desk Ticket system /li li Provides management reports for payroll related matters /li li Ensure that departmental policy is in compliance with Federal, State and Company laws and policies /li /ul

li Must have experience with ADP Workforce /li li Proficient with ADP Enterprise eTime preferred /li li Experience with multi-state payroll /li li Proficient in Microsoft Excel /li li High School Diploma, Associates degree preferred /li li 5+ years of payroll processing experience /li li Must be familiar with payroll concepts, practices and payroll laws /li li FPC certification preferred /li li Must be proactive, flexible, and able to multi task and meet multiple deadlines /li li Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus /li li Understands and demonstrates the critical importance of discretion and confidentiality /li li Must be able to work independently. Requires ability to manage multiple competing tasks of differing priorities in a customer-focused, fast-paced, changeable business environment /li li Be flexible and team-oriented /li li Must be detail oriented with continual attention to detail and follow-through until task is completed /li li Ability to solve complex problems and carry out responsibilities with little supervision /li li This person must be able to work under pressure, and be able to meet deadlines in a quick and efficient manner /li /ul
