Payroll Specialist -
The Payroll specialist will report to the Payroll Manager. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for supporting payroll processing of 500+ employees. Job responsibilities will primarily include the Payroll cycles, and other financial responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
? Process full cycle Payroll, including timecard management for hourly employees Perform financial analysis
? Create and update Excel based reports Assist with office maintenance
? High attention to detail
? Strong organization skills
? Excellent oral and written communications skills
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize
? Energetic with a get-it-done attitude
? Experience with SAP or Kronos or ADP or other accounting software, a plus
