The Manager of Payroll is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with federal, state and local payroll jurisdictions, execution and accuracy of Hilton's payroll tax and accounting business needs, overseeing audit and legal compliance as it pertains to payroll tax. The Manager will ensure audit compliance including issuance of all tax forms for federal and state. What will I be doing? The Manager of Payroll will review regulatory compliance with federal, state, local, and US Possessions payroll jurisdictions as it relates to tax and accounting business requirements. Other key priorities are listed below: * Communicate and manage payroll tax and accounting regulatory changes to Hilton Finance organization * Provide Hilton organization with payroll related tax and accounting business solutions to ensure business needs are efficient by identifying, recommending, and developing systemic solutions * Oversee payroll issues which includes and is not limited to providing audit firms of managed business owners with requested documentation, legal requests related to tax and accounting, and required compliance with regulations as they relate to payroll tax * Ensure financials are updated timely and accurately for all centralized disbursement related activities * Provide the execution and timely delivery of payroll and accounts payable tax and accounting data requested to meet the organization's business needs (examples are workman's compensation, HR payroll data, Financial analysis comparison of actual to budgeted salary and wage expense, and Operational requests for payroll tax and accounting data). * Ensure the delivery of payroll tax and accounting are in compliance with Hilton internal SPI's, Sarbanes Oxley and regulatory jurisdictions Hilton World Wide Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
